 Lash Centre is a small business and enforces a cancellation policy to protect our integrity and sustain our operations. Thank you for your understanding. 

•  A card capture will be required to book and secure an appointment. You will not be charged at this time.  
•  A 50% deposit is required from all new customers. After booking, new customers will receive a text with a payment link to pay the deposit. If the deposit is not paid, the appointment will be considered invalid and will be automatically cancelled by the system.
•  Of course, we understand that things happen. You will be able to cancel or reschedule your pre-booked appointment online at least 48 hours in advance.
•  You won’t be able to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. In such cases, a late cancellation fee of 50% will apply. 
•  In the event of a no-show, 100% of the appointment fee will be automatically charged to your card.

 If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible by texting 07476013013. We cannot wait more than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, a “No Show” will be recorded, and 100% of the appointment fee will be charged to your card.

If your card fails and we cannot collect the fee, you will automatically lose access to our services and will not be able to book until the outstanding balance is fully paid.

 In the rare event that your appointment is cancelled by Lash Centre, no fee will apply. 

 We do not provide infill services for lashes done elsewhere. In this case, you will need to book a removal service along with a new full set.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Ring the doorbell and wait to be invited in.

Please do not arrive earlier than your appointment time as we do not have a waiting room. If you arrive early and ring the bell, you will need to wait outside until your scheduled time. The therapist will attend to you promptly at your appointment time.

Please understand that if you arrive early, we may still be with a client or completing tool sterilization.

In case of lateness, we can only accommodate a maximum of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time, you will not be able to receive the treatment as access to the studio may no longer be available.
