At Lash Centre, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As a private independent studio, each booking represents dedicated time and preparation, so please read the following policy carefully before making an appointment.

Card Capture Required

A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a payment or applicable cancellation/no-show fee is due under the booking policy.

50% Deposit for New Clients

A 50% advance payment is required for all new clients unless you choose to pay the full treatment price through Fresha at the time of booking.

If you are a first-time client, you will receive a secure payment link by SMS to pay the required 50% advance payment. Your appointment is confirmed once this payment has been received.

The 50% payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment may be automatically cancelled.

Returning Clients

Returning clients are not required to pay a deposit. Where available through Fresha, you may choose to pay for your treatment in full in advance or pay at the studio after your appointment.

When booking online through Fresha, you may be offered the option to pay the full treatment price in advance.

This is optional for returning clients. You may instead choose to pay at the studio after your treatment.

If you choose full prepayment, the payment is applied to your booked treatment and is subject to the cancellation and payment terms below.

Lash Centre operates a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

48+ Hours' Notice
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

Late Cancellation — Less Than 48 Hours
A 100% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No-Show
If you do not attend your appointment, 100% of the booked treatment price will be charged.

A late cancellation or no-show charge may be taken from the card held on file or applied against any advance payment already made.

Where you have made a 50% advance payment or chosen full prepayment, that payment is allocated to your appointment.

Advance payments are non-refundable under this booking policy, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Where you provide at least 48 hours' notice, your advance payment may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or another suitable treatment of equivalent value.

Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or is missed entirely, the applicable 100% late-cancellation/no-show policy applies.

Any amount retained may remain as credit towards a future appointment at Lash Centre, rather than being returned to the original payment method.

If a late-cancellation or no-show fee is due and payment cannot be collected from the card held on file, the outstanding balance must be settled before further appointments can be booked.

Please contact Anastasia directly to arrange payment, and a secure payment link will be provided.

Outstanding balances must be cleared before any new appointment can be confirmed.

In the rare event that Lash Centre needs to cancel your appointment, no cancellation fee will apply.

If you have made an advance payment, you will be offered the option to transfer the payment to a new appointment or receive any refund that is required under applicable law.

After your 50% advance payment has been received and your appointment confirmed, you will be contacted by Anastasia regarding your required patch test.

A patch test must be completed before any treatment where required. Without the required patch test, the treatment cannot proceed.

We recommend booking in advance, particularly if you require a specific date or time.

Please ensure that the mobile number provided when booking is correct, as important booking information and payment links may be sent by SMS.

By making an appointment, you confirm that you have read and understood the Lash Centre Booking & Cancellation Policy.

We do not provide infill services for lashes done elsewhere. In this case, you will need to book a removal service along with a new full set.

To ensure a calm, professional, and respectful environment for all clients, please take a moment to read and follow the guidelines below:

• Please arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time.
  Ring the doorbell once and wait to be invited in.
   
• Do not arrive early.
  We operate on a back-to-back appointment schedule and have limited capacity, so we kindly ask that you do not ring the bell or wait at the door before your appointment time.
  If you do arrive early, we recommend that you wait in your car or visit a nearby Costa Coffee shop until your scheduled time to avoid waiting outside unnecessarily. We appreciate your understanding.

• For safety, hygiene, and comfort, please attend your appointment alone.

• No shoes on the treatment bed.
  Please remove your shoes before lying down to help maintain cleanliness for all clients.
   
• No filming or content creation without prior permission.
  If you are a content creator or wish to take photos or videos, you must request approval in advance from the salon owner.
  Filming or taking photos without permission is not allowed.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed if you're running late.
   
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may no longer be able to accommodate your appointment, and the door may be closed.
   
• In this case, your appointment will be marked as a “No Show”, and 100% of the service fee will be charged to your card.

If you're delayed, please text 07476 013013 as soon as possible.
We are unable to extend your treatment or wait beyond the 15-minute grace period.
