Lash Centre Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Lash Centre, we are a small business committed to providing high-quality service. To protect the integrity of our operations and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have a booking and cancellation policy in place. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Booking Policy
- Card Capture Required:
A valid card is required to book and secure your appointment. You will not be charged at this stage unless cancellation or no-show terms apply.
- Deposit for New Clients:
A 50% deposit is required for all new clients. Existing clients are not required to pay a deposit.
How to Book
- Choose Your Appointment Slot
Select a date and time that suits you. If no slots are available, you may join the waiting list — although it’s not guaranteed, it's always worth trying. We recommend booking weeks or even months in advance, especially if you have a special event.
- Complete Consent Forms
After booking, you will receive a link to complete your electronic consent forms online. These must be completed before your appointment.
- Pay the Deposit (New Clients Only)
If you are a first-time client, you must pay your 50% deposit within 24 hours of receiving the payment link (sent via SMS).
⚠️ Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number during booking.
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be cancelled automatically.
- Patch Test (New Clients Only)
Once your deposit is received and your appointment confirmed, you will be invited by Anastasia for a patch test. This is mandatory before your treatment.
- Returning Clients
If you have visited us before, no deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancel/Reschedule for Free:
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.
- Late Cancellation (within 48 hours):
A 100% cancellation fee will apply and be charged to the card on file.
- No-Show:
If you miss your appointment, the full appointment fee (100%) will be charged automatically.
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
If you are a regular client and experience an emergency, please contact Anastasia directly. If she has any availability within 24 hours of your original booking, she will try her best to accommodate a reschedule.
Failed Payments & Outstanding Balances
- If your card fails and we are unable to collect the applicable fee (late cancellation or no-show), you will lose access to booking services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
- To clear your balance, please message Anastasia directly at 07476 013013, and a secure payment link will be sent to you.
Lash Centre-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare case that Lash Centre needs to cancel your appointment, no fees will apply.
We do not provide infill services for lashes done elsewhere. In this case, you will need to book a removal service along with a new full set.
