Behind Lash Centre

Lash Centre is a name created to be simple, memorable and instantly recognisable. Behind it, however, is something far more personal — an independent studio created and run by Anastasia Jamieson.

There is no large team, no busy salon floor and no revolving door of beauty professionals. 

Lash Centre is intentionally independent, allowing every appointment to receive the same level of attention, precision and personal care.

My love of beauty began long before it became my profession. From childhood, I was naturally drawn to fashion, makeup, fragrance, interiors, design and all the finer details that make things feel beautiful and considered.

That same eye for detail is at the heart of Lash Centre today.

It is a private, carefully curated space for clients who appreciate quality over quantity, expertise over rushing, and a genuinely personal experience.

So behind Lash Centre, there is no corporate brand or large team.

There is simply me — Anastasia.

  My beauty journey started with nails in 2007, followed by facials and then brows in 2010. I spent three years as a Brow Artist at Debenhams, working with thousands of clients and training brow teams across their UK branches.

But here’s something you may not know: beauty wasn’t actually my original career. I came from a finance background, and my move into beauty happened completely organically during maternity leave. I started doing a few treatments, then a few more, people started asking for appointments, and somehow one thing led to another. Before I quite realised what was happening, I had left my previous career and found myself working in beauty full-time.

I became a fully qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist, working across a wide range of treatments before gradually finding my place in lashes. And, rather unsurprisingly, it was my clients who decided that direction for me — the requests for lashes just kept coming!

I started eyelash extensions in 2012, travelled to Odesa, Ukraine, for my first training, and what began as simply another beauty treatment soon became the area I wanted to master.

After more than 19 years in beauty, I now focus professionally on lashes and brows, with lashes being my main passion and speciality.

I’ve always loved learning, experimenting and turning new knowledge into my own ideas, particularly in lash styling and eye design. With 100+ professional courses and advanced trainings behind me, I still attend at least two international conferences every year. 

My expertise has also led professional lash brands and manufacturers to seek my opinion when developing and testing new products — something I’m very proud of.

Looking back, I still find it slightly amusing that I never actually planned any of this. I simply followed what felt natural, listened to what my clients wanted, and somehow ended up exactly where I’m happiest.

Sometimes the best career is the one you never planned.

 At Lash Centre, quality is never compromised.

 Our salon is equipped with a clinic-grade air purification system using silver ions, enzymes, and a plasma ioniser to neutralise harmful particles, allergens, and lash adhesive fumes. We maintain a 365-day climate control zone to stabilise temperature and humidity for perfect lash retention in every season.

 Every client is welcomed into a meticulously clean environment, where tools are sterilised at 240°C in a medical autoclave, and fully adjustable electric treatment beds (rated for up to 150kg) ensure maximum comfort and back support during your session. 

For hygiene, we kindly ask clients to remove shoes before lying on the bed.
